WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
You can expect custom designed invitations with response cards to start at $5.00+ a piece depending on your quantity. The price of your order will depend on the quantity, print techniques and design work required. Single piece save the dates or digitally printed, custom holiday or birthday cards generally start at around $3.00 a piece. Should you want to shop on-line and look through stock designs, we offer that as well. Stock invitations and cards range in price. We also offer custom designed digital files, that you can print yourself for a very reasonable price. In general, we ask that our customers take advantage of having a free price estimate made specific to them, so that they can make the best choice for their budget and stationery needs.
WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING & PAPERS DO YOU OFFER?

Digital printing is done on 100 pound, cover weight paper stock - Rain Forrest Certified – with a smooth, uncoated finish. We also offer a beautiful linen, gloss and metallic finishes as well. Digital printing is the most modern form of printing to date. It is very cost effective and offers a fast turn around.

Creative in Bloom is located in Bloomington, Indiana. However we are accessible to everyone, no matter your location! Please call anytime M-F 9-5 EST. I WANT AN EXACT MATCH OF MY WEDDING COLORS...
Understood! We will make every possible effort to match your specific colors on wedding stationery. You are welcome to mail fabric swatches or samples of your colors to us. Simply note that when you contact us! Please note, that due to the nature of printing and the fact that fabrics are more color absorbent than paper with different textures, we can not guarantee an exact match. We do promise to come as close to a match as possible which is usually spot on.
WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF?
Yes! All orders will receive digital proofs via email throughout the creation process. Once you have approved your proof, your order goes into production. In the event that your piece is printed commercially through Carlson Craft, your final approval will be via PDF proof because you will have approved the paper, ink color and etc. prior to production. If your piece does not require the commercial printing finishes, you will receive a physical sample prior to final production for your approval on color and content.
We cannot accept returns for any reason. Proofing errors are the financial responsibility of the customer, so it is very important that you carefully proof your piece/s. All sales are final.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All Carlson Craft and Etsy shop orders will process immediately after payment is received and deliver within 2-3 weeks after proof approval. The custom branding process varies. A single custom invitation or announcement will take 2 to 4 weeks from start to delivery, if printed digitally. Custom packages for weddings can take up to 6 weeks or less. Each order is different depending on printing techniques desired and the process of reaching your perfect custom design. We provide a timeline with your custom estimate and will work with you to get you what you need by the date you need it.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, USPS or FEDEX. This is something that will be discussed based on your deadline and preference! You will be emailed when your order ships with a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order. Local delivery fee is $15.00.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR MY ORDER?
ETSY or on-line store orders process immediately when you order. Custom orders are billed a deposit within 24 hours of booking. The remaining balance is collected prior to final print production and shipping. Calligraphy or hand lettering services are billed with payment received prior to delivery.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL BE NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY CUSTOM ORDER?
ETSY or on-line store orders process immediately and ship 1-2 weeks post order, once you approve your digital proof. Every customer receives a tracking number upon shipment via email.
Digital, custom orders by single piece should take no longer than 1 to 2 weeks to work out a perfect design, then 7 to 14 additional days for production and mailing. The total process taking only 2 to 4 weeks maximum.
When ordering a premium, branded wedding package allow a minimum production time of 8 weeks from desired mail date. Packages can be put together faster, but this is an ideal time line if you are planning for specialty printing finishes. Don’t forget to take into account your desired mail date should be 8 weeks prior to the wedding date. So when should you order your wedding stationery? 3 to 4 months prior to the wedding date minimum.
